$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold On Long Island
Two other big winners were also sold locally for Wednesday's drawings. See where the tickets were bought.

LONG ISLAND, NY — Three Long Island stores struck luck Wednesday after selling winning lottery tickets totaling more than $1 million.
According to the New York Lottery, the Stop & Shop at 400 Union Boulevard in West Islip sold a second-prize Powerball ticket worth $1 million. The winning numbers for Wednesday night's drawing were 01-02-24-50-57-Powerball 26. The second-prize ticket was missing just the Powerball. No one hit the $132.5 million jackpot so it's up to $146 million for Saturday.
The other lucky tickets sold on the island were for the Take 5 draw game. A top-prize winning ticket for Wednesday afternoon's drawing was sold at Just Gas Only Inc. at 1400 Brentwood Ave. in Bay Shore. The winner will collect $21,050, before taxes of course.
