Sagtikos Manor Historical Society is holding its 1st Gingerbread Competition based on the theme: "The Treasures of Christmas" on Saturday, November 26th at the West Islip Public Library. Public viewing and public judging begins at 11:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm. There are two categories: adults, 17 and up & children, 8 -16. The top three finishers in each category will be shown during the holiday house tours at Sagtikos Manor Dec 10 - 11th. Registrations must be mailed in and received by Saturday, November 19th.
