Here's what David had to say about Joanna:

Joanna went from working evening shifts to overnights. She hasn’t worked overnights in 7 years. From specializing in cardiology to becoming competent in taking care of COVID patients on the ICU level, even though she was scared and nervous she pressed on. No matter how many times going in shift after shift, on overnights never sure where she would be floated she still pressed on no matter how mentally draining. I’m proud of her for sticking it through when so many didn’t. She’s a team player and has a lot of charisma.

Thank you for all that you do, Joanna Killian!
