WYANDANCH, NY - A bicyclist was killed after being struck by a car in Wyandanch on Wednesday morning, according to Suffolk Police.
Alcides Membreno-Vigil, 39, of Wyandanch was riding a bicycle on Grand Boulevard when he was struck by a 2014 Dodge Ram near the intersection of Deer Street at 7:30 a.m.

Membreno-Vigil was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Dodge, Kevin Coyle, 30, was not injured.
