ICYMI: Driver Hospitalized After Overturn Crash In West Islip

In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in West Islip Patch:

WEST ISLIP, NY - A driver was hospitalized after an overturn crash in West Islip on Thursday morning.

The West Islip Fire Department responded to the crash at the corner of Orinoco Drive and Malta Avenue at 8:15 a.m.

Upon arrival, firefighters found the car overturned with driver out of the vehicle.

Due to a cracked utility pole and car in roadway, Orinoco Drive was temporary closed to traffic.

The driver was treated by West Islip EMS for minor injuries before being transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip.
