Police ID Man Found Shot to Death in Front of His Long Island Home
The man was found on Friday morning.

BRENTWOOD, NY - A man was found shot to death in front of his home in Brentwood on Friday morning, according to Suffolk Police.
Officers responded to 27 Meadowbrook Drive after a 911 caller reported shots fired at 5:35 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man, identified as 25-year-old Florentino Hernandez-Zavala, shot in the roadway, police said.

Hernandez-Zavala was pronounced dead at the scene by personnel from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
