Man Wearing Women's Underwear Exposes Himself To HS Students: PD

The 29-year-old exposed himself to a LI high school field hockey team last week, police said.

WEST BABYLON, NY - A Bronx man was arrested on Thursday for exposing himself to the West Babylon High School field hockey team last week, according to Suffolk Police.

Edward Foley, 29, entered a portable toilet on the school field and changed into a pair of woman’s underwear on Oct. 4, at 5 p.m., police said.

Foley then opened the door and exposed himself to the team, police said. According to police, Foley fled the scene in his white 2012 Ford Focus.

Following an investigation by First Precinct Crime Section officers, with the assistance of the New York City Police Department Special Investigation Unit, Foley was arrested at his home on Thursday at 10:30 a.m., police said.

Foley was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal trespassing on school grounds, police said.

He is being held at the First Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Friday.
