New York Ranks Among The Worst States To Drive In
It's true what everyone says - driving in New York is the worst.

NEW YORK - Everyone complains about the traffic in New York, especially on Long Island. But how does it compare to other states?
According to a recent study by WalletHub, it's pretty bad. New York ranked among the top 10 worst states to drive in.
Hawaii ranked as the worst state in the U.S. to drive in while New York came in at number 10. Perhaps not surprising, New Jersey ranked just below New York as the 9th worst state to drive in.

To come up with the list, WalletHub graded the 50 states using 23 different factors of a positive commute including average gas prices, rush-hour traffic congestion and road quality.

Texas received the honor of the best state to drive in.
New York also ranked among the top states with the most days with precipitation and the states with the highest maintenance cost.
However, its not all bad, New York also ranked among the top 5 states with the lowest car theft rate.
