Obituary: Marilyn​ Kratochvil​, of West Islip, Dies at 71

Died: October 2, 2016

Visitation: Thursday, October 6 from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Fredrick J. Chapey and Sons Funeral Home on 1225 Montauk Highway in West Islip.

Service: Friday, October 7 starting at 12 p.m. at the Fredrick J. Chapey and Sons Funeral Home.

Obituary: Marilyn Kratochvil, of West Islip, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 2. She was 71.

She was predeceased in life by her mother, Mildred Petrolino.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth Kratochvil and her father Vincent.

In addition, Kratochvil is survived by her five grandchildren, her sister of Mildred (Philip) Musco and her children Kenneth (Margaret) Kratochvil and Donna (Dr. Anthony) Termini.

Internment will take place at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
