Pedestrian In Critical Condition After Being Hit By Car
The 32-year-old was struck on Sunday night.

BRENTWOOD, NY - A pedestrian is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Brentwood on Sunday night, according to Suffolk Police.
Jonathan Medina, 32, of Bay Shore was in the roadway on Suffolk Avenue when he was struck by a 2005 Acura TSX that was traveling eastbound on Suffolk Avenue, east of Brentwood Parkway at 7:35 p.m., police said.
Medina was transported by Brentwood Legion Ambulance to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

The driver of the Acura, 47-year-old Carlos Murcia, of Brentwood, was not injured, police said.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.

The investigation in continuing and detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash to call the Third Squad at 631-854-8352.
