Police Seeking Man Who Burglarized West Islip Home

WEST ISLIP, NY - Police are seeking a man who burglarized a West Islip home earlier this month.

The man (pictured above) broke into a home on Madison Avenue on Oct. 2 between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. He stole assorted jewelry before fleeing.

He is described as having a full beard and a mustache, police said.

The burglar was also wearing a baseball hat and had an earring in his right ear, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
