BRENTWOOD, NY - Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Tuesday in Brentwood.
A man (pictured above) entered the Capital One bank at 340 Washington Ave. at 3:05 p.m. and demanded money, police said.

The teller complied with the man's demands and gave him cash from the drawer, police said.
The robber then fled the bank on foot.

The robber is described as in his late-30s or early-40s, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9 with a medium build, police said.
He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt over a yellow hard hat, clear glasses, and white and blue gloves, police said.
