Silver Alert Issued for Missing Central Islip Teen Who Needs Medication
Diamond Charles was last seen on Nov. 25.

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Central Islip teen who suffers from a heart condition.
Diamond Charles, 14, was last seen at her residence on Casement Avenue on Nov. 25 at about 6:30 a.m. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, a light-green hooded-sweatshirt, light-blue jeans and black and white sneakers.
Diamond, who has a heart condition that requires medication, is described as black, 5-foot-6, approximately 135 pounds, with lip piercings. She may have traveled to Ridgewood, N.J., police said.
