Six West Islip Student-Artists Chosen For Colors Exhibit
Congratulations to the 6 student-artists!

From W. Islip Schools: Six exceptional West Islip student-artists – Beach Street Middle School eighth-graders Emily Bahm and Skylar Zimmerly, Oquenock Elementary School fifth-graders Lily Locovare and Hayden Wolin, and Paul J. Bellew Elementary School third-grader Quinn Butler and second-grader Aaron Williams – were recently selected for the 21 st annual Colors of Long Island student art exhibit. Their work will be displayed at Stony Brook’s Long Island Museum from Feb. 22 through April 7. The
West Islip students will also be honored at a reception for the artists on March 24. Beach Colors: Beach Street Middle School eighth-graders Emily Bahm and Skylar Zimmerly with are West Islip Director of Art and Music Eric Albinder,, art teacher Jill Culver, Assistant Principal Donna Defreitas and Principal Andrew O'Farrell.
