Suffolk Church Burglarized Three Times In Two Weeks

WEST ISLIP, NY - A West Islip church was burglarized three times in the past two weeks, according to Suffolk Police.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Church on 455 Hunter Avenue was first burglarized sometime between March 22 and March 29, police said.

The second burglary occurred during the morning of April 2, and a third burglary occurred during the overnight hours between April 2 and 3, according to police.

The burglar or burglars appeared to have stolen donation money.

The man pictured above was seen at the church during the time of the burglaries, police said.

Detectives are looking for help in identifying and locating the man in order to speak with him about the cases.
