Three Charged With Selling Cigarettes To Minors: Police
The trio were arrested during an underage tobacco sale check in the Town of Islip.

Three people were arrested on Saturday for selling cigarettes to minors in the Town of Islip, according to Suffolk Police.
Police conducted an underage tobacco sale check at a total of 8 local businesses.
The following people were arrested and charged with second degree unlawfully dealing with a child:

- Ghani Rehan, 32, of Bay Shore, employed at Exxon, located at 172 Howells Road in Bay Shore.
- Rashid Afsar, 41, of Brentwood, employed at Shell gas station, located at 958 Montauk Highway in West Islip.
- Shahi Mulk, 48, of Deer Park, who is the owner of Stop and Fuel, located at 1171 Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.
The three were arrested and issued Field Appearance Tickets, police said. They are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.

- Citgo Gas, located at 1310 5th Ave. in Bay Shore
