Two Charged With DWI In Brentwood

The arrests were made over the weekend.

BRENTWOOD, NY - Two Brentwood men were caught driving drunk in Brentwood over the weekend, according to State Police.

On Friday, 76-year-old William Vazquez was arrested after he was pulled over for multiple traffic infractions, police said.

On Saturday, 60-year-old Nelson A. Cerda-Contreras, was arrested he was pulled over for speeding westbound on Suffolk Avenue, police said.

He was transported back to police headquarters and processed without incident, police said.

Both men were charged with DWI.

Both were also issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Suffolk County 1 st District Court on June 6.
