WATCH: Masked Man Attempts To Break Into West Babylon Home
Two men tried to burglarize a local home after the residents returned from a New Year's party. Watch the video from the incident below.
WEST BABYLON, NY - Two armed masked men were caught on video attempted to break into a West Babylon home just seconds after a woman entered after a New Year's party, Suffolk Police confirmed.
At about 3:58 a.m., two people were returning to their Pratt Street home following a party to find two men in the driveway of the house.
In a surveillance video, one of the masked men can be seen running up to the door of the home with what appears to be a gun in his hand almost immediately after the woman entered her home.

He was then seen slamming and kicking the door for a few seconds before fleeing along with a second masked man waiting nearby.
The two did not manage to get in the house. No injuries were reported.

Police are currently investigating. No arrests have been made.
