West Islip U-8 Girls Teams Enjoy Big Weekend

The annual Plainedge Father’s Day soccer tournament held this past weekend was a success for West Islip’s two U-8 girls teams.

West Islip Gold took first place in its division, going undefeated and not allowing a goal in its five games. West Islip Blue grabbed second place in its division winning three of its five games. The Gold team was coached by Anthony Patricola, John Greene and Greg Sleter. The Blue team was coached by John Vitkowski and Keith Greenwald.
