WI Lacrosse Alumni Roundup: Crimi, Galasso Have Big Weeks
Here's a look at how former West Islip High School lacrosse players fared for their new schools last week.

Every Monday during the college lacrosse season, Patch will update you on the progress of former players. Since there's so many to count, we won't be listing every player each week.
Player of the Week: Devan Crimi (Adelphi, Fr.)
Not only is Crimi recognized on Patch, but she was also awarded with Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week honors for her performance against Rollins College. The freshman attacker tallied two goals and two assists in her first collegiate game, which Adelphi won 21-9.

Peter Gonzalez (SUNY Cobleskill, So.)
The Fighting Tigers kicked off their 2011 season in impressive fashion, as they defeated Mt. Saint Vincent College 13-9 on Saturday. A big reason why was because Gonzalez, a sophomore attackman, had a game-high six points (five goals, one assist). Four of those goals were in the first half.
Eddie Plompen (C.W. Post, So.)
Plompen and the The No. 1 ranked Pioneers kept things rolling on Saturday and were able to beat Seton Hill 11-6 to remain undefeated. Plompen had a game-high three goals.
Ian Braddish (Hofstra, So.)
Braddish was able got the monkey of his back as he netted his first goal as a member of the fourth-ranked Pride. Actually, it was two goals in a 15-9 victory over Harvard.
Ryan Zaremba (Geneseo, Fr.)
In his first game since transferring from Army Prep, Zaremba totalled 11 saves in a 14-4 win over Lycoming.
