Today's opportunity is for Family Services of Westchester. For the 2021 holidays, the organization is asking people to "adopt" a family. The annual Adopt a Family gift drive makes the holidays brighter for Westchester families who are unable to buy essentials and gifts this holiday season. Volunteers purchase items on the wish list, and the gifts are then personally delivered by program staff. Organizers said this is a great project for families, school classes, employee teams, religious groups and more. For more information, or to express interest, go here.
