All Star Event to Support Family Services of Westchester

William M. Mooney, Jr., President and CEO of the Westchester County Association, and Helen Williams, philanthropist, to be Honored

Growing up in a healthy family provides a sense of security and the knowledge that challenges can be overcome. But when those challenges become overwhelming, Family Services of Westchester provides counseling and support. To help carry out that mission, Family Services of Westchester annually presents a Star Gala to support its important work.

Family Services STAR GALA 2017
on Thursday, April 20th at Glen Island in New Rochelle, will be packed with many of Westchester’s movers and shakers as the organization honors business leader William M. Mooney Jr., President and CEO of the Westchester County Association, and philanthropist Helen Tinch Williams, well known for her generous support for local charities and cultural organizations, and as the mother of stage and screen star Vanessa Williams.

Also honored will be several notable celebrities from the world of sports: Hall of Fame Syracuse Basketball Coach Jim Boeheim and New York Yankee baseball legends Roy White, Ron “Boomer” Blomberg, and John Wetteland.
