YONKERS, NY (May 14, 2026) – Westchester Disabled On the Move Inc. (WDOM) and Simone Development Companies today held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate WDOM’s new headquarters at One Executive Boulevard in North Yonkers, NY.
The move to the newly renovated four-story medical office building is part of WDOM’s efforts to provide a new, more modern space for its employees and a more accessible location for its clients.
WDOM helps people with disabilities, the elderly, and low-income families live independent lives by providing them with access to healthcare, housing, and other assistance through social programs.
The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of local and county leaders, including Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins, Yonkers City Council President Lakisha Collins-Bellamy, Yonkers City Councilmen John Rubbo and Tim Hodges; Westchester County Legislator Nancy Barr, Shari Rosen Ascher, Director of Policy & Programs for Small Business and Chambers of Commerce for Westchester County and Jeff Zitofsky, Program Administrator for the Westchester County Office for People with Disabilities.
The ceremony was followed by a tour of their offices in Suite 205.
