• Westchester Students Gain Physical Therapy Pathway In NYMC-Stepinac Partnership (patch.com) — White Plains families now have a new local pathway into physical therapy careers thanks to a partnership between New York Medical College and Archbishop Stepinac High School's Health Sciences Honor Academy. The agreement offers qualified Stepinac graduates preferred admission to NYMC's Doctor of Physical Therapy program after college, helping Westchester and White Plains grow a pipeline of future clinicians.
   

• Yonkers man charged for repeatedly strangling, assaulting girlfriend (midhudsonnews.com) — A Yonkers man has been indicted in White Plains on multiple charges tied to an alleged February domestic assault and later violations of an order of protection. Westchester County's district attorney criticized the judge's decision to keep his bail at $1,000, stressing that domestic violence is a serious crime and victims deserve stronger protection.
