• Westchester legislators approve $10.4M for affordable housing project in White Plains (westfaironline.com) — Westchester lawmakers have approved more than $10 million in bonds to secure land and infrastructure for a 154-unit affordable housing complex at 90-114 Westmoreland Ave. in White Plains. The Sheffield project, supported by the city's Affordable Housing Fund and state tax credits, will offer long-term income-restricted apartments with on-site parking, retail space, and green technology upgrades near Kittrell Park.
