Raymour and Flanigan, the Northeast’s premier furniture retailer, will soon be opening their 89th retail location at The Source in White Plains, NY. The furniture store will occupy 56,000 square feet on the second floor above Dick’s Sporting Goods, with both retail giants expecting to open in early Spring. Other tenants located at The Source include Morton’s Steakhouse, Whole Foods, and The Cheesecake Factory.
Stassa has brokered numerous other deals with Raymour & Flanigan, a privately held company, including the furniture conglomerate’s introduction to the Westchester market on Central Avenue in Yonkers. “Due to the success of their Yonkers store, Raymour & Flanigan had been looking in White Plains for quite some time,” said Stassa. “There were some other choices in White Plains, but none of them had the prestige of this location.”
Stassa’s analysis is right on point.
