Anthony Justic Named Chairman of The Business Council of Westchester’s Board of Directors
Anthony Justic, a partner with one of Westchester County’s leading accounting firms who has been active with many professional and community organizations, was named Chairman of The Business Council of Westchester’s Board of Directors, the organization announced today.
Justic’s two-year term as Chairman will begin on January 1, 2015. He was unanimously selected by the Board at today’s meeting. He will succeed Stephen J. Jones, Managing Partner of Jones Morrison LLP.

Justic is a partner with Maier, Markey & Justic LLP, a White Plains-based accounting firm where he provides critical operational and financial advice to businesses with revenues ranging from $1 million to $75 million. The breadth of the industries he serves is equally as impressive and includes manufacturing, distribution, marketing and public relations, catering, not-for-profits, healthcare and legal service. During his tenure at Maier, Markey & Justic LLP, Justic developed the firm’s human resources consulting division, and in 2012 he initiated the successful merger of an information technology consulting firm into the company. Since joining the firm in 1987, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth from 3 employees to 90 employees.

A Certified Public Accountant, Justic is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee of The Business Council of Westchester and on the Board of Directors for Kids X-Press. In 2005, he received The Business Council “Rising Stars” award and in 2009 was a member of the transition team for Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino. He is a graduate of Fordham University and lives in White Plains.
