Apartment Towers OK'd For White Plains Downtown

Six percent of the residential units will be affordable housing.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Two new 15-story apartment towers will be built in White Plains after approval Monday by the Common Council. The Broadstone White Plains project will go up on a 2.1-acre site on Mamaroneck Avenue, Post Road and Mitchell Place.

A total of 434 apartments will be added to the housing stock, along with 7,800 square feet of retail, along with a parking garage and a public park, the Journal News said.
