NEWTON THEATRE (School of the Arts) AUDITIONS – DADDY WARBUCKS & MALE SERVANTS
“Annie Jr.” the musical version of the “Little Orphan Annie” comic strip, features
WHO: boys between the ages of 8-13, with acting, singing and dance experience
WHAT: auditions for the following roles
1) Daddy Warbucks, seeking High School Male for the lead role ages 14-18.
2) Eight other boys, age range between 8-13 years, for smaller ensemble roles
WHERE: Newton Theatre Company School of the Arts
WHEN: Friday January 19th from 6:30 pm -7:30 pm
WHAT TO DO: COME TO THE AUDITION, Wear comfortable clothes, have song prepared, and be ready to read sides from the script.
WHAT TO BRING:
Head-shot & Resume – filled out and completed before arrival
Jazz shoes, if you have them (If not, sneakers will do)
Bottled water, if desired
Your big smile and your big stage voice
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Please arrive 10 minutes before the audition time to be sure all paper
work is filled out.
