Bowlmor White Plains delivers a different kind of bowling experience, with 56 lanes divided between two separate floors. The venue’s lower level evokes a posh nightclub feel with blacklight lanes, a deluxe bar area and an adjacent DJ booth designed to pump out beats well into the evening. Mood lighting sets the tone with chrome Sputnik fixtures and 20-foot-long, neon signs that call out to guests with irreverent aphorisms. The lower level is perfect for social occasions large and small and features a new fireside lounge replete with Mad Men-style sofas, Cero coffee tables and a 7-foot-wide gas fireplace that creates a warm and intimate ambiance.
Yet another bar—the second of three throughout the venue—greets patrons on the top floor, serving up Bowlmor’s original lineup of signature cocktails. With 28 lanes, brighter lights and professional equipment, this third floor will cater especially to leagues and recreational bowlers.
Game On!
Immediately upon entering, guests of the new Bowlmor White Plains will encounter an entirely redesigned and reimagined entertainment experience. A two-story-tall concierge desk gives way to the venue’s all-new main floor, which puts interactive gaming front and center with an expanded arcade featuring nearly 50 titles. Guests can try out traditional favorites, like air hockey and NBA Hoops, or play a variety of advanced games, like the much-anticipated Star Wars Battle Pod, with a surround-sound dome and 180-degree curved screen that bring full immersion gaming to life. It’s the only one of its kind in Westchester County—and it’s only at Bowlmor.
For those who’d rather unwind than get amped up, the main floor also features a stylish bar and lounge. The vibrant, modern aesthetic of this space is achieved through tufted banquette seating, brilliant red ottomans and Imogene Chandeliers whose explosive starburst design literally radiates light.
Innovative Eats
The new facility boasts a top-of-the-line, upgraded and expanded full-service kitchen serving innovative cuisine designed by Executive Chef Ed Porter—winner of Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games. Signature menu items include the 5-lb Behemoth Burger (made for sharing), The Ultimate Grilled Cheese, Dolce Pollo Barbeque Flatbread, and Monster Cookie Melt. Complementing these culinary offerings are Bowlmor’s original cocktails like the “Madhattan” and the “Speakeasy Sangria.”
