Brewery Proposed for White Plains Mixed-Use Site

Sixty-two apartments and a green grocer are part of the proposal as well.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A mixed-used project proposed for a vacant lot in White Plains could see microbrewery built there.

Also planned for the same Westmoreland Avenue site is a green grocer and 62 apartments, according to an article at lohud.com.

This is the second project proposed for the area around Westmoreland Avenue after the White Plains Common Council rezone the neighborhood.
