Bronx River Parkway to Close Sunday for Marathon

WHITE PLAINS, NY — All lanes of both the northbound and southbound Bronx River Parkway between the Westchester County Center (Exit 22) in White Plains and the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers will be closed to traffic on Sunday, October 2 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. due to the Westchester Medical Center’s Healing Half Marathon.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays during the event, such as, the Sprain Brook Parkway, Central Park Avenue or Route 22.
