The Building & Realty Institute Announces First Vendor Showcase

First Vendor Showcase, to take place on Thursday, October 13th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in White Plains.

The Building & Reality Institute of Westchester (BRI) and the mid-Hudson Valley Region is celebrating continues its 70th Anniversary year by hosting their its very first Vendor Showcase, to take place on Thursday, October 13th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in White Plains.

The Building & Realty Institute (BRI) is one of the largest independent construction and realty industry trade associations in New York State. Founded in 1946, the Westchester County, NY based organization now has more than 1500 members, primarily in the Westchester/Mid-Hudson Valley region of the state.

Membership is wide-ranging, from representing builders, developers, remodelers as well as suppliers, specialty subcontractors and professional management and service firms catering to the residential and commercial sectors. industry. There is also a very large property management component to the Association.

“2016 has been a very exciting year for the BRI. So, to have its 70th year culminate in its first Vendor Showcase is just the perfect thing to do” says Margaret Collins, Director of Membership for the Building and Realty Institute. “In addition to showcasing the wealth and variety of our member firms, it’s a way of introducing the BRI, it’s vitality and dynamism as a business association, to a wider public audience.”

The BRI is supported by a multi-talented professional and consultant staff versed in all facets of the building industry: planning, engineering, law, insurance, environmental regulations and governmental relations on a state, county and local level.

The Vendor Showcase will treat guests to an evening of educational and instructional exhibits. from well-versed professionals in the industry, including builders, developers, remodelers, contractors, sub-contractors, service firms and professionals serving residential and commercial buildings, complexes and property managers. Special break-out presentations and workshops will also be given from industry leaders such as Power Performance Industries, Capital Nanotechnology, New Crystal Restoration, Peter F. Gaito of Peter F. Gaito & Associates Architects, and others.

BRI’s First Vendor Showcase is on Thursday, October 13th from 6 – 10PM at the Crown Plaza Hotel on 66 Hale Avenue, White Plains 1061. Exhibitions will take place in the Crowne Plaza Ballroom.
