Burke Rehabilitation Hospital Opens Outpatient Site in Yonkers

In its ongoing commitment to delivering quality and convenient rehabilitation services to the community, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital has announced the opening of a second outpatient rehabilitation location in Yonkers.

Located at 6 Executive Plaza, this new site provides state-of-the-art physical therapy treatment for patients who have experienced an illness, injury or surgery. Burke therapists will be using the latest equipment available to ensure each patient makes the fullest possible recovery and attains the highest level of independence.

“The healthcare landscape has shifted to shorter inpatient stays and a greater reliance on outpatient rehabilitation,” said John R. McCarthy, Chairman of the Burke Board of Trustees. “Now more than ever, patients need high quality, compassionate care to continue recovering close to their homes. Our expanding network of outpatient sites helps meet that need.”

Executive Plaza is the second location in Yonkers and the eighth outpatient therapy site in Burke’s network. Other locations include: Yonkers-Ridge Hill, Armonk, Bronx, Mamaroneck, Purchase, Somers, and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital’s campus in White Plains.
