Business Council of Westchester Announces New Chair of Rising Stars

Heidi Winslow, Partner DelBello, Donnellan, Wise & Wiederkehr LLP to Lead Group of more than 700 Alumni

RYE BROOK- (February 9, 2023) – The Business Council of Westchester announced that Heidi M. Winslow, Partner with DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, will become the new chairman of the BCW’s Rising Star Alumni group.

More than 700 young professionals have been designated “40 Under 40” by the Business Council since the Rising Stars was established in 2004.

“I am excited to chair this dynamic group of young business professionals in Westchester County and further help our great community. Being named a Rising Star was a tremendous honor for me, and through the program I have met many wonderful colleagues,” said Winslow.

Marsha Gordon, President and CEO of the Business Council of Westchester, said, “We are so pleased to have Heidi as chair of the Rising Stars Alumni Group. Winslow received the Business Council of Westchester’s “Rising Star – 40 under 40” award in 2016 and has been an active member of their Leadership Council and the Selection Committee since 2017. She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Educational Foundation, a not-for-profit organization formed by the Business Council of Westchester.
