Heartsong, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to assist with our upcoming summer program!
We provide unique art, dance/movement, and music therapy sessions for individuals with developmental disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on our community.
Volunteer tasks:
Assist with session set-up and clean-up; Work directly with participants to engage them in therapy sessions under the guidance and supervision of our Lead Therapists
Volunteer requirements:
Must be 15 years of age or older; Must be able to demonstrate compassion, patience, and to follow directions; Must complete a volunteer application; Must commit to consistent schedule for our 4-day summer program: Dates: July 11th, July 18th, July 25th and August 1st. Time: 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.(commitment of one hour or more is appreciated)
