Thomas H. Slater Center, Inc. will celebrate our Annual Community Day on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Everyone is welcome to join us for community breakfast beginning at 9:00am to 11:00am and the Community Day festivities will begin at 12:00noon and end at 3:00pm. Our 2026 Theme is "Unity in our Community" . This year we will honor Ms. Heather Miller, the former esteemed Executive Director of the Thomas H. Slater Community Center, Honorable Nicholas Wolff, former board member & chairman, Thomas H. Slater Community Center Board of Directors and City of White Plains Common Council Member, and the Thomas H. Slater Community Center Pantry Volunteers .
