CareMount Medical Opens New Physical Therapy Department in Jefferson Valley, NY

CareMount Medical, the largest independent multi-specialty medical group in New York State, is pleased to announce the opening of its new physical therapy department in the organization’s Jefferson Valley campus (3680 Hill Boulevard Jefferson Valley, NY). The Jefferson Valley location is the fourth addition to CareMount Medical’s existing three physical therapy offices in Mount Kisco, Poughkeepsie and Hopewell Junction.

CareMount Medical’s physical therapy department is an orthopedic outpatient facility comprised of highly-trained physical therapists. Working alongside the medicals group’s orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons and pain management physicians, the physical therapy department develops personalized plans to ensure maximum recovery for patients. The center provides full-range physical therapy services to treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions for pediatric and adult patients, including: osteoarthritis; generalized weakness; balance disorders; sports injuries; pre/post-surgical rehabilitation; Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
