Carl Viggiano: Mamaroneck Police Officer

Carl Viggiano of White Plains, NY died on Tuesday June 25, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. He was 69.

Carl was born in Mt. Vernon, NY on March 2, 1944. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Iona College and served as a Police Officer for the Village of Mamaroneck for 22 years.

Carl was in the airforce reserves and called to active duty in 1968-1970. He was also actively involved in the Elks Club, the FOP and the Columbian Police Association.

Beloved husband of Arlene, (nee Graziano). They were married 45 years. Devoted father of Diane Flora (husband Jerry), Carl J. (wife Cindy), cherished grandfather of Frankie, Charlotte and Dominic Flora and loving brother of Lucille Chiapetta. He will be sorely missed by many dear friends.

Reposing on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home 767 East Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, Funeral Mass Friday 11 a.m. at St. Vito’s R.C, church. Committal will be private.
