WHITE PLAINS, NY (April 2014) – Gerald M. Calvario, Vice President of Residential Lending for CMS Bank, will discuss the ins-and-outs of home buying and qualifying for a mortgage at a free homebuyers seminar to be held Tuesday, April 8 at the Greenburgh Public Library, 320 Tarrytown Road.

The seminar, which begins at 6:30 pm, is part of the library’s “Money Smart Week,” which is designed to help members of the community manage their personal finances. Mr. Calvario will share his insights into whether it makes sense to own or rent, how to pre-qualify for a loan, title closing and other important issues for potential homebuyers.
