Cuddy & Feder Founding Partner Robert Feder Receives 2016 Founder’s Award from Pace University

Over 100 attendees honor law firm founder and community leader at Land Use Law Center event.

Cuddy & Feder LLP announced that Founding Partner Robert Feder was honored by Pace Law School’s Land Use Law Center and The Kheel Center with the presentation of the 2016 Founder’s award at a Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Dec. 7, 2016

The ceremony took place at The Mansion on Broadway in White Plains. There were over 100 number of people in attendance. Proceeds help further programs of the Land Use Law Center.

The award is in recognition of Mr. Feder’s long and distinguished career of accomplishment, in which he helped clients bring to fruition countless real estate projects, often requiring resolution of complex financial, organizational, zoning, and environmental issues, while consistently bringing together stakeholders to forge a consensus within the community notwithstanding widely disparate views on the appropriate course of development.

The annual Founder’s Award is bestowed in honor of Theodore W. Kheel, the great American attorney and labor mediator, upon an individual or municipality that has worked collaboratively with a community and reinvented democracy to make change happen.

The dinner also launched the Land Use Law Center’s 15th annual Alfred B. DelBello Land Use and Sustainable Development Conference, on Dec. 8. featuring Cuddy & Feder partners Anthony Gioffre, III and William Null on the panel, “Development ‘Chiropractics’: Adjusting to the New Downtown.”
