The annual event offers children's art activities, performances and more.

Bring the kids to ArtsWestchester’s historic home in downtown White Plains Saturday for a day of fun for the whole family during Family ArtsBash. Make slap bracelets, design hats to take home, play with clay and molds, and a lot more.

The annual event offers children’s art activities, performances, face painting and more from 1-5 p.m.

Plus, you can check out the first triennial showcase of contemporary works by artists who live, work or maintain a studio in the Hudson Valley (Westchester, Rockland, Rensselaer, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Columbia and Albany counties) region.

Admission $10 per family (Walk-in welcomes, reservations not required)

Activities Include:
  • Slammin’ Slap Bracelets – custom design your own fashionable bracelets out of rubber bands with with artist Evelyn Eidelberg.
  • Mud & Molds with Lindsey Francis – Mold and manipulate clay in order to create your own building.
  • Face Painting by Miguel Cossio and People Paint by Julie Clapperton. From fun to fantastical designs, let our talented face painters turn your face into a canvas!
  • T-Shirt Tote – bring an old t-shirt and turn it into a new fashionable tote!
  • Right hand – Left hand, Let’s Go! Experience drawing with both hands, workshop lead by artist Donna Mikkelson.
  • Birthday Bonanza with artist Ann Ladd, celebrate ArtsWestchester’s building birthday with a collage creations made with new and repurposed materials.
  • Hat-rageous! ArtsWestchester staff will help you customize your own hat to take home!
