Eight Growth-Minded Westchester Startups Selected for Element 46 Tech Accelerator’s Fall Cohort

Each participating venture to receive access to a powerful curriculum, connections to entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, & Element 46 staff

Westchester County’s Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by QUAY Acceleration today announced the eight local startups selected for its Fall 2026 cohort. Chosen through a competitive entry process, each participating venture will receive access to a powerful curriculum, connections to entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and full-time support from the Element 46 staff. The program will culminate with a Demo Day in December, where each participant will pitch their venture to a room full of investors, technology experts, press representatives, government officials, and other key contacts.

Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said: “Westchester remains a growing hub of innovation and technological advancement where young companies are finding it as an attractive place to dream big and build the future. The entrepreneurs selected to be in the next Element 46 cohort are evidence of this as they stood out among applicants for their unique business concepts and growth-driven mindsets. We continue to be impressed by the diversity of tech startups taking shape in Westchester County and look forward to seeing what these eight ventures accomplish this fall.”

Westchester County Director of Economic Development Bridget Gibbons said: “The vision these eight startups have for improving business operations and quality of life through technology is inspiring. Each is poised to make a significant impact on the Westchester community – and economy – and we are excited to provide them with tailored education and impactful mentorship over the next 10 weeks to help make that happen.”

Westchester County Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Deborah Novick said: “As the number of ventures seeking to join Element 46 has grown, we have discovered the true depth of Westchester’s tech startup ecosystem. There are first-time entrepreneurs, serial entrepreneurs, pods of collaborating entrepreneurs – and they all share a passion for launching something new and leveraging technology to maximize its relevance and impact. We look forward to working alongside these eight ventures and can’t wait to see what they accomplish.”

QUAY Acceleration Co-Founder, John Lynn, said: “The eight companies in the Element 46 Fall 2026 cohort are taking on problems that touch almost everyone: how mental health care gets delivered, how companies control what they spend on AI, how everyday investors and small-company founders get access to institutional-grade expertise, and how nonprofits and older adults stay connected and supported. It’s a cohort built by operators who have lived these problems firsthand. With more than 110 startups supported, Element 46 has shown that Westchester is a place where serious technology companies get built, and QUAY is proud to keep that momentum going with the County.”

The eight ventures participating in the Element 46 Tech Accelerator’s Fall 2026 cohort are:

3rdBrain (Eastchester): 3rdBrain is a consulting-tech startup that helps senior executives solve their daily management problems with its proprietary reasoning engine, turning high-quality consulting logic into practical apps for business leaders. 3rdBrain is finishing its MVP and is looking for test users.

AtmosOne AI (New Rochelle): AtmosOne helps CFOs and AI infrastructure leads get control of runaway, unpredictable AI compute costs. It automatically reroutes flexible AI workloads to cheaper, greener compute, and displays those costs in real time in a governance console. AtmosOne has one revenue-positive pilot and six more in the pipeline, and is raising a $2M pre-seed round to reach $1M+ per month in routed compute.

eZorro (West Harrison): eZorro gives self-directed retail investors, and the brokers who serve them, the data and discipline that professionals rely on. It delivers institutional-grade data, strategy construction, and execution context through a single conversational AI interface. The founders previously ran institutional trading desks and platforms at hedge funds, global banks, and analytics vendors. eZorro has paid subscribers from a private beta that began in April 2026 and is looking to close its seed round in the next six months to scale its platform and expand broker partnerships.

HelpOne (Somers): HelpOne Software simplifies the administration of small-to-midsize nonprofits by replacing 5 to 8 disconnected software tools with a single platform managing volunteers, events, fundraising, CRM, HR, board management, finance, and payments, with flat monthly pricing. HelpOne currently has a live product, partnerships with leading nonprofit organizations, and is actively talking with organizations interested in the platform. HelpOne is looking to sign its first 10 paying founding customers in the next 10 weeks.

Mergely AI (White Plains): Mergely AI delivers institutional-grade M&A representation through an AI-native platform that reinvents the investment bank's delivery and economic model for smaller companies ready to sell. Mergely AI is running on three active mandates with roughly $20M in pipeline. It is looking to bring on a technical co-founder and its first external users in the next six months.

Shimmi (Larchmont): Shimmi is a lifestyle platform that helps older adults stay connected through local activities and community. Shimmi is preparing to launch and is looking to partner with employers and cities to make those connections easier to find in the next few months.

Singula Health (Larchmont): Singula Health's clinical decision support tool gives primary care physicians a psychiatrist's read on each patient before the visit, generated from an adaptive intake the patient completes beforehand. It closes the gap between a mental health screening score and knowing what to do next. Singula Health has completed an IRB-approved pilot, a second clinical site is enrolling, and it has payer reimbursement for the workflow it supports. It is raising $1.5M in pre-seed funding to build its production platform and sign its first paying practices in the next 12 months.

Synapse+ (Hastings-on-Hudson): Synapse+ helps behavioral health clinicians find and refer patients through a platform that unifies the field. Synapse+ has 100 members and aims to grow to 1,000 in the next two months and begin monetizing within six.

Members of each Element 46 Tech Accelerator cohort are selected in a competitive, County-wide selection process. During the program, each founder is matched with hand-picked mentors who are leaders in technology, finance, business strategy, venture capital, marketing, and other key areas. Participants also gain access to a world-class curriculum on fundraising, customer development, executive management, product iteration, branding, marketing, and more.

The Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by QUAY Acceleration runs for 10 weeks every spring and fall. This will be the ninth cohort produced in partnership with QUAY Acceleration, experts in tech accelerator programming and operations.
