EPOCH Senior Living Announces Leadership Team Promotions

EPOCH names Regional Director of Operations for Waterstone and Area Director of Memory Care Operations to Senior Living Communities

WALTHAM, MA –July 16, 2025 - EPOCH Senior Living, a premier provider of exceptional senior living services throughout the Northeast, has announced the promotions of two key team members, strengthening its leadership team.

Devon Sicard has been promoted to Regional Director of Operations for Waterstone, and Lori Luzzo has been promoted to Area Director of Memory Care Operations. These promotions reflect EPOCH Senior Living's commitment to advancing talented individuals within its organization.

In her new role as Regional Director of Operations for Waterstone, Sicard will oversee the operational excellence and strategic growth of EPOCH's Waterstone communities. Sicard joined EPOCH in 2015, starting as the Wellness Director at Bridges in Pembroke. She then moved into the Executive Director role at Pembroke and later transitioned to Waterstone at Wellesley as the Executive Director. Last year, she was promoted to Senior Executive Director, where she maintained the high standards of Wellesley while supporting other Waterstone Communities. Her proven leadership and deep understanding of senior living operations will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of care and service that Waterstone residents expect.

Lori Luzzo, as Area Director of Memory Care Operations, will oversee the Bridges portfolio under the leadership of Alicia Seaver, Vice President of Memory Care Operations. She joined EPOCH in 2021 at Bridges by EPOCH Pembroke, where she collaborated with her team to consistently provide high-quality care to its residents. Last year, Luzzo was promoted to Senior Executive Director and has since supported neighboring Bridges communities. Her extensive experience and commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging environment will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization.
