Free Women's Self Defense Workshop at Bushido Karate

Bushido School Of Karate offers Free Women's Self Defense Workshop this Tue. Nov. 29th  7:30-9:00 pm

The workshop will be conducted by co-owner Sensei Cheryl Wardel, a third degree blackbelt and certified personal trainer. Cheryl feels very strongly that all women should take the time to educate and empower themselves by understanding violent crime and by learning how to protect themselves. 

Bushido School of Karate is offering this workshop free of charge as a way of giving back to the community. Space is limited and is offered on a first come first serve basis. Reservations can be made by calling 914-993-0400
