For intimate venues his tributes to Mr Sinatra are heartfelt and true with remarkable vocal talents. Shockingly his grandparents grew up with Frank in the very same Hoboken NJ cold water flat in the Little Italy neighborhood.   It's no wonder DeLauro loves singing Sinatra music.
