What:
The VIII will be hosting a charity event for the SPCA! The SPCA of Westchester is an organization that promotes the prevention of animal cruelty. Originally, the SPCA of Westchester was affiliated with the ASPCA of New York City, but became an independent organizati...on in the 1920s. Today, it is the only humane society in Westchester County empowered to enforce laws relating to animal cruelty. Despite this, the SPCA gets no federal, state, or county funds. So they rely solely on the financial support of people who care about the welfare of animals. If you care about animals, we would love your participation at this charity event! We also welcome donations if you do not want to participate in the event.
The event will include a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, $75 per team, to raise money and donate. There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

TO HELP ANIMALS IN NEED!!!
Rules and Regulations:
- 5 people maximum per team, only 3 on court
- Games to 11, 15 minutes long
- Losers are out
- Points: 1's and 2's
- And 1's: count for bucket and losers out
- Free throw and ball for flagrant foul
- Game is to 16 for the final 4 teams
