Learn about the Underground Railroad as you hunt for clues while following this storywalk throughout the library. We will be tracing the path of one man's journey from slavery to freedom. The Storywalk is based on the book entitled, "Henry's Freedom Box: A True Story from the Underground Railroad" by Kadir Nelson. The Storywalk is open to families with children in grades 1 - 6 beginning Sunday, February 20 and continuing through Saturday, March 5, 2011. Additional Information: Storywalk instructions are available at the Children's Information Desk (The Compass) in The Trove. Participants must sign in there before proceeding on the walk. An adult must accompany children in grades 1 - 3 on the walk. Children in grades 4 - 6 may follow the walk without an adult.
