The 50th Annual Outdoor Arts Festival features the works of juried artists, an exhibition of scholarship award-winning art, raffle of donated art, international food vendors and a free children's art workshop. Proceeds from the festival are used to award scholarships to White Plains High School students who are pursuing a degree in the arts.
