Flooding Closes Part of Bronx River Parkway Tuesday
Heavy rains means the closure could last six hours.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Portions of the Bronx River Parkway are closed due to flooding.
The state Department of Transportation said both directions of the parkway between Exit 22 (Westchester County Center) and Exit 21 (NY 199-Tarrytown Road-Chatterton Avenue) are closed for approximately six hours because the heavy rainfall has caused it to flood.
The DOT said to use the Taconic State Parkway or NY 22 as alternate routes.
